Authorized returns must be received within 10 business days for full products price refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to ship your order using other means without any additional cost to you the customer. For example: You pick 2nd day air but live in a zone that takes 2 days for ground to deliver, we may adjust your shipping to Ground and save you a few dollars. This would make no difference in delivery time since in this case both Ground and 2nd Day Air are guaranteed for 2 days.
