White borsch or sour soup is a traditional eastern European soup that is made with sour rye or wheat flour and raw white sausage, potatoes, carrots, boiled eggs, bacon.
Directions: Peel and cut up some potatoes and carrots and boil. Since raw white sausage is not available substitute with another polish sausage. Follow the directions on the package, add the vegetables and 2-3 quartered boiled eggs and some fried bacon. Add sour cream to taste.
