Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, potato starch, tomato powder 11%, palm oil, salt, potassium chloride, spices (ginger, cayenne pepper, garlic, piment), onion, citric acid, maltodextrin, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate ), aroma, soy sauce (SOYBEAN, WHEAT ). May contain milk, egg, celery and mustard.
Items needed:
500 g sliced pork
2 teaspoon Djahé (ginger)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon Laos(galangawortel)
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 tablespoons Ketjap Manis
Preparation method:
1. Mix the djahé, garlic powder, laos and onion powder with the Ketjap Manis and use mixture to marinate the meat.
2. Kook the meat for 5 minutes while stirring. Then let it simmer on low heat.
3. Serve the Babi Pangang with the warm Babi Pangang sauce.
Store dry and keep at room temperature.
